These answers separate working product behavior from planned connections or controls that still need firm configuration.Choose another way to contact us
Does SignalCost replace our timekeeping or billing system?

No. SignalCost adds AI activity and cost context. CSV is the first supported way to bring in client and matter information; direct practice-management connections are planned, not promised as available today.

Will it guess a client or matter from broad legal language?

No. SignalCost uses exact firm-provided tags, aliases, mappings, or an explicit assignment. If the evidence is not strong enough, the activity stays unassigned for review.

Can everyone see every matter?

Access is limited to the signed-in firm account and role. Matter-level ethical walls need an explicit configuration and verification step before a firm should rely on them.

Can we start with one practice group?

Yes. A focused first workflow makes it easier to verify source coverage, matter context, roles, and the economics view before the firm expands.

Can we buy a plan on this page?

Not yet. The prices shown are launch proposals for planning conversations. There is no Legal checkout on this site.
